March Forth for Mental Health
Donation protected
Hi, I’m Linton
Every year I set myself at least one physical challenge to advocate for mental health and raise funds for Lifeline as well as Headspace through the Push-Up Challenge. I'm a strong advocate for gaining mental clarity and improving one’s overall mental state through physical activity.
I know that tough times and situations will unfortunately affect everyone at some point in their lives, whether directly or indirectly. I’ve lost many mates and loved ones who’ve gone too soon and I’ve said my final goodbyes without knowing it’d be the last.
These last few years haven’t been easy and I believe it’s vital for our community to have a support service like Lifeline during these difficult times.
This year, I’m doing something different. I'm going to challenge myself to an 81km walk from Flinders Street Train Station to Geelong Train Station.
I will march forth on March 4th, 2022.
"Solvitur ambulando" is a Latin phrase which means "it is solved by
walking".
