Help Marcia Walsh Find a Home and Good Health

Our friend Marcia Walsh needs our prayers and help. A lifelong early childhood education teacher, Marcia brought humor, kindness and common sense to her work as a coach, mentor, instructor and colleague in the San Francisco Bay and Oregon. She touched so many of us with her respect for the youngest children, care for the well being of teachers and gratitude for life.

Marcia is facing health challenges with brain injury due to head trauma, Lyme disease and a debilitating allergy to mold. The last few years have been hard and she suffers from stuttering and has difficulty thinking clearly. Consequently, she has been unable to work, without unemployment benefits, and has depleted her savings to cover medical and living expenses. Her housing situation is not healthy (due to water damage and mold spore exposure).

She has an uphill climb to live well and be of service to others.

We can help someone who has given so much to so many. There was a beginning fund goal of $5000 to assist Marcia to find a home and furnishings that are free from the things that make her sick. I learned that she needs more.   Please give what you can.
