Marco Cisneros, Gunshot victim

First, thank you for taking the time to read what this fundraiser is for. My name is Erika Garcia, I am trying to raise funds for my brother Marco Cisneros. On March 3, 2023, at 9:45 p.m. Marco was violently shot at a local Kingsville bar. This gunshot very nearly cost him his life, but thanks to the quick efforts of local paramedics and the corpus christi hospital employees, he is on his way to recovery. He is currently still in ICU and fighting hard to come back to his wife Karla and his 5 children: Joseph, Deziree, Jolie, Khloe and MJ and his 2 grandchildren.

Anyone who knows Marco knows that he is a kind and giving person. He loves his community and his family. What happened is nothing short of a tragedy. Most know him as the owner of Patton's Automotive, and soon after meeting him have quickly taken to calling him a friend. It is hard to believe that anyone would bring him harm. As a result of this gunshot, he had to have multiple surgeries and extensive damage was done to his organs. He had to be halo flighted to Corpus Christi to save his life.

While we are so happy that he is on his way to recovery, the family has now been thrown into a financial crisis as a result of this violent act. So we are reaching out to the community, family, friends and anyone that can find it in their heart to please help his family through this extremely difficult time. He is a good man and didn't deserve this.

I know I can speak for my brother by saying that he is appreciative of all the love and support from everyone.
