Marcos William Bodon

As many of you may or may not know, my father, Marcos William Bodon passed away on Friday August 19, 2022 at 10:00am. He had been at our local hospital off and on for 3 weeks, but unfortunately his heart was overworked and overwhelmed, leading to his heart ultimately giving out.

Most of us are struggling with the mental and emotional side of it all, with the sudden and unexpected passing, but we are going to press on and get through this time in our lives, as a family.

My father was a great man, husband, father, grandfather, son, brother, uncle and friend, loved by so many. He was also a respected Lance Corporal Veteran of the United States Marine Corps, which we were all proud of.

I am starting this gofundme to ensure our mother, Caterina (Cathi) Bodon can financially pay for my father’s cremation; and to pay for all the bills that come along with lifes unexpected ups and downs in these trying times.

My father wouldn't want his wife of almost 33 years, that he loved dearly, to lose her basic way of life or have to go through something of this nature without the love and support of family and friends, especially while she has to navigate and cope with the grief of a life without him.

My mother, brothers and I would like to thank everyone who has called, texted, visited, sent flowers, cards, food and well wishes. Thank you all for your continued prayers and overall love and support. We love and appreciate all of you.
