Good evening the siblings of Marcus are requesting assistance for a cremation.

Marcus passed away suddenly on Wednesday, April 5, 2023.

Marcus lived a challenging life from childhood up until his death. He was labeled as a “Special Needs Child” from Kindergarten up until he dropped out of high school in his sophomore year. Little did we know that in all of the hours he spent in his room, he used the necessary tools at home (Encyclopedias) to learn how to read. He ultimately decided to enroll in Martin Luther King Academy (Alternative School) and graduated with honors. He then was hired at an all-city-wide job fair in Gary, Indiana that was hosted by Trump Plaza and Trump Taj Mahal and was hired and relocated to Atlantic City, NJ

Marcus began to thrive & worked his way up the Casino ladder and became a Dealer at several Casinos. He loved his career but it was cut short after he became visually impaired forcing him to come out on Disability at the tender age of 35.

Though his vision was impaired, you could always find Marcus cooking and hosting meals for many people. He was the life of every party and loved all kinds of music.
