Margie Ann Floyd-Goben-Alsup Memorial Fund

Our mom passed away on Thursday, January 24, 2019 from respiratory failure. She had a very long battle with COPD after many years of working in Compression Plastics Molding making automobile parts and working with fiberglass. She was also a smoker.  Mom had not smoked in over 30 years.  Being the good son that I thought I was, I had a whole-life insurance policy for her that I had taken out years before.  In 2009, after loosing my job in 2008 because of the recession, I was forced to change her policy type for the value of what I had previously paid in.  I thought we were good and would have between $4,000 and  $5,000 when the time came to make her arrangements, whenever that would be.  On Friday I learned that her policy expired on her 80th birthday. I was unaware and left in shock.  Needles to say,  I am further heartbroken that I have to ask for your assistance.  Anything you can contribute is greatly appreciated.  I promise to repay you with friendship, kindness and love; and, I will contribute to your needs in the future.  Thank you for your kindness.
