Maria Dolores Rivera Ramos Funeral Arrangements

On October 9, 2021, God has gained another Angel in Heaven. Our beloved mother, Maria Dolores Rivera Ramos, a.k.a "Mamabear," passed away from natural causes. Maria was born September 28, 1955, was born and raised in Bronx, NY, then relocated to Lawrence, Massachusetts. She was the 3rd oldest out of 10 siblings: predeceased mother Felicita Mendez Figueroa, Father Jose Rivera, and Stepfather Carmelo Figueroa. "Mamabear" was pretty much the caregiver in the family, whether it was taking care of predeceased grandparents Lola & Benito Mendez Jr, siblings, or her children.

Nevertheless, would she not welcome you with open arms, offer you a plate of food, and make you laugh hysterically. In addition, she enjoyed singing, dancing, arts & crafts, and sewing. Before being disabled, she was a Community Action Advocate for the Commonwealth of Massachusetts in Lawrence in her past years. She leaves daughters Isabel Elisabeth Ramos and Tricia Marie Serrano of Methuen, MA, son in law Thomas Kimball of Westford, MA, sister Evelyn Perez of Lawrence, MA, brothers Daniel Rivera & David Perez of Pennsylvania, granddaughters Jhayde & Gladys "Mimi," grandsons Jeremy & Joey, and several great-grandchildren.
