As some of you know, many years ago, my sister María Teresa developed several severe health issues that lead us to find a home to suit her needs. Having a chronic condition of EPOC, she also had two intense COVID hospitalizations that left her in bed for the rest of her life. Being in bed all the time has additionally caused her severe skin problems. She also has high pressure, no thyroid gland, neuropathy, difficulties sleeping, severe incontinence and bipolar diagnosis with an increased tendency to depressive states.

These two last years have been really heavy on us, and bills for due rent, oxygen, doctor’s attention and medical supplies have left us without funds to continue to attend to her needs. We have a permanent state of emergency because THERE ARE NO MORE RESOURCES to buy medicines and other products she needs on a daily basis. We do need all the help we can get from your compassionate actions in order

to be able to attend to her needs and keep her alive.

I appeal to all for help in any way you can; no amount is too small!

Como algunos de ustedes saben, hace muchos años mi hermana María Teresa desarrolló diversas severas patologías que nos llevaron a buscarle un geriátrico donde poder atenderla apropiadamente.

Teniendo EPOC como condición crónica, fue hospitalizada con dos episodios graves de Covid que la dejaron en cama por el resto de su vida y esto a su vez ha causado severos problemas en la piel.

También tiene presión alta, neuropatía, problemas de sueño, incontinencia severa, no tiene tiroides y diagnóstico bipolar con alta tendencia a la depresión.

Estos últimos años han sido realmente duros y nos han dejado con muchos gastos pendientes por pagar por concepto de renta, oxígeno, atención domiciliaria y medicinas. Ya NO TENEMOS RECURSOS para cubrir los gastos diarios. Necesitamos de toda la ayuda que podamos obtener para poder seguir manteniéndola con vida.

Apelo a toda la ayuda en cualquier forma posible. ¡Ninguna cantidad es demasiado pequeña!
