Maria Y Morfin, 63, of Michoacán, Mexico passed away on February 7th after a battle with multiple health issues. She was surrounded by her loved ones at the time she passed.

Maria was born on December 3rd, 1960 to Matilde and Felix in Michoacán, Mexico. She was a well known member in her community, Little Village. She served CPS/City of Chicago as a Crossing Guard for 15+ years. She will always be remembered as sweet and caring person. Always putting everyone or anything before her.

She decided to dedicate her life to being a fantastic and wonderful mother. Maria excelled at motherhood and was the foundation of our family, through and through.

She is survived by her children, as well as many grandchildren, nieces, nephews, and friends.

There will be a celebration of life at 3:00 pm to 7:00 pm on February 13th at Martinez Funeral Home located at 2534 S Pulaski Rd, Chicago, IL 60623.

If you can assist me and our family with any donations or giving the post a share it will be a great help. The funds will be used towards funerals arrangements and expenses. Thank you and I look forward to celebrate the life of a true Wonder Woman My Beloved Mother.
