Help Marianne Evans stay in her home!

Hi, I’m Robin, and I am fundraising for one of my best and oldest friends, Marianne Evans. :-) Here she is, hosting one of her amazing dinners that she loves to share from home, with friends.

As of Nov 1, 2022, a source of Marianne’s income, ($400 per month) is gone with no previous notice. This amount is needed to secure rent and utilities. Her current rent has been kept low through the years, so moving elsewhere at this time makes no sense. Food security is not an issue due to help from several Santa Cruz County organizations.

I am reaching out to you hoping that we can raise the funds needed to carry her through this hard time. This money will be used for rent and utilities. She does not need food or gift cards.

To fund for a full year, $4800 is the needed amount and the goal. We do not know if or when the $400 she had been receiving will be reinstated.
