Maria's Home Lost in LA Fires - Lend a Hand

Hello, my name is Jenny and I am trying to help my dear friend and colleague Maria and her family who lost their home and all of their belongings in the Los Angeles Wildfires 1/8/24. Maria and I are both trauma therapists and have been members of the same clinical / therapeutic / healing communities in Los Angeles and New York for many years.

Maria had recently bought her new home after a heavy lift to get there, and was enjoying settling in with her beautiful dog Davis. If you know Maria, she cares deeply about others and is the first person to show up for anyone in need. She is a licensed mental health therapist (LMFT) and her livelihood revolves around helping people in need and in crisis. After decades of dedicated and devotional work helping others, Maria now needs to ask for help and is bravely doing so.

Please donate if you can lend a hand. Like so many others, Maria's whole life was in that house and it all has been lost in an instant. The donated funds will be used to deal with immediate needs such as buying clothes, toiletries and dog supplies, and the rest will be used at Maria's discretion for what she and Davis most urgently need at this time.
