Marie's Boob Be Gone Surgery (breast reduction)

OLD INFO FEOM BEFORE SURGERY: Hey! I'm Marie, I'm 29 and I'm at my limit with the fact that my boobs don't pay rent, so they need to leave. I'm a UK size 36GG (36J US size) and struggling a lot with back and shoulder pain, along with heat rashes and general discomfort.. As well as depressive/anxious episodes due to the pain and mental strain of body dysmorphia. They weigh roughly 1.29kg each (sorry to my kitchen scales), which is more than an average bag of sugar in the UK. I plan to go down as small as the surgeon can offer me. 

I have been denied 3 times by the NHS. Once in my very early 20s (gave no reason), and twice in my mid and late 20s because of BMI. They would need me to lose over 4 stone and stay a constant weight for over a year for them to even consider it. I know I need to lose 1 or 2 stone but 4 is absolutely ridiculous, and I'm not comfortable with being that since I'll inevitably gain at least some of that weight back and therefore my breasts would grow again after the surgery.

Full disclosure, I'm just under 14 stone and 5'4. 

The money would pay for any consultation fees, the surgery, and the aftercare and rent for a month so I can recover without worrying about income.

NOTE: I'm lowering the goal every time I personally add a substantial amount (more than £100) into my savings pot
