Marillorky Tamayo

On Thursday, August 18, 2023. Marillorky Tamayo, was brutally murdered by her ex-husband (Durruthy-Mendoza), leaving their fourteen and two year old children without a mother and with a father in jail. Durruthy-Mendoza not only shot his ex-wife (Marillorky), but shot other family members. One of Durrythy-Mendoza's victims was the children's grand-mother, who was shot on her right eye.

The children's grandparents have been granted custody, but they don't work and are elderly. In addition, the grandmother is in the hospital with severe injuries and the grandfather is trying to keep the children safe as best as he can.

Prior to Durruthy-Mendoza's horrendous actions, he depleted the bank accounts. Leaving nothing for his children or the funeral expenses.
