Marilyn Montoya funeral

Hello, thank you for taking the time to come to this go fund me page for my beautiful grandmother. Marilyn leaves behind a loving husband of 56 years, 3 daughters, 6 grand children, 4 great grand children, brothers and sisters and nieces and nephews that will miss her so very much. For 13 long years she has battled many different types of cancers that ultimately caused her untimely death on April 10, 2024. She was a light in all of our lives and there was never a dull moment when you were around her. A hard worker to the very end my grandmother worked even while going through cancer treatments, and the sickness it would inflict on her. She never complained, she never gave up, she worked hard for everything and she would do it 1000 times over to make sure her family had everything they could ever need. As we all knew she would, she fought to the very end. In and out of hospitals and rehab facilities trying to gain back the life she once had. Though her cancer diagnosis was terminal she always had a bright outlook on life and smiled through the pain, concealing how bad it really was. My family is absolutely devastated, not only by her passing, but by the financial burden. My grandfather is now buried with heavy medical debt From all the treatments she went through, ambulance rides and endless hospital stays. We are not a rich family when it comes to money, but we are rich in love. That is why I humbly come to this GoFundMe asking for help with funeral cost to give her what we believe she deserves. Without her, I wouldn’t have the rich love filled life I have today. From my family to yours, thank you from the bottom of our hearts.
