Marilyn Petroff Family

My name is Melissa Nutter, a friend of the late Marilyn Petroff and her daughter Debi Pugh. Our sweet friend Marilyn passed on Monday, September 19th, at 12:16 pm. We will miss Marilyn and her sweet nature here on earth. We live in hope, knowing she is no longer in pain, and we'll see her again in Heaven. She was a loving mother of 6 kids, 13 grandkids, 34 great-grandkids, and 6 great-great-grandkids!! She was a payroll clerk for years but retired from Spiegel. She was a reader, crocheter, thoughtful creator of plastic canvas crosses, Faithful believer, and friend.

While Marilyn lived a good long life, surrounded by family and friends who loved her, it certainly didn't take away the family's hardships over the years.

My dear friend Debi, Marilynn's daughter, quit her job to care for her mother over the last couple of years. Not only did she suffer the expense of not working, but there were many medical expenses within the family. Marilyn has been in and out of the hospital regularly. At the same time, Debi has ongoing medical expenses from years of physical pain and therapy from an accident that took her arm and leg. Her family has suffered several other unexpected hardships over the last couple of years.

Through all these challenging times, Debi remains steadfast in love and faith in Jesus. She keeps a smile on her face and fiercely loves the people around her. She is a bright light!

In honor of Marilynn Petroff, we would love to bless Debi and the rest of the family, after such hard years, by covering the funeral expenses and the medical bills that need to be paid.

***There will be a Celebration of Life on Thursday, October 6th, at 2:00 pm at Central Community Church.***
