Help Marina and Scott After the Eaton Fire

We’ve created this campaign on behalf of Marina and her husband, Scott, who have lost everything they owned in the devastating Eaton Fire. Their home and everything in it, including Marina’s car, were all destroyed in the blaze. A home that Marina and Scott had just moved into at the end of 2024, only a few months after getting married. The loss is unimaginable, and they need our help to begin rebuilding their lives.

Marina’s story is one of resilience and compassion. She immigrated to the U.S. from Taiwan as a single mother, determined to create a better life for her and her son, Jack. Over the years, she has dedicated herself to caring for cancer patients, bringing comfort and kindness to those in need during some of life’s most vulnerable moments. Since 2014, she has been the lymphatic drainage therapist in the integrative oncology care team at the Huntington Cancer Center in Pasadena. If you know Marina, you know she is one of the most selfless people you'll ever meet. Despite losing everything after evacuating on Tuesday 1/7/2025, she returned to work the very next day to continue caring for her patients. That’s just who Marina is—always putting others first.

We, Claudia and Emily, are just two of her many patients who have been personally cared for by Marina. Her support has meant the world to us, and now we want to give back.
