Mario Javier Garcia

Our beloved Mario unexpectedly passed on 7/2/2023. Mario was a wonderful father who touched the lives of those around him. He leaves behind a son, mother and two brothers. Mario dedicated his life to the education system so to provide our younger generation with alterative options for extraciricular activities in their community. From After School Director with Galena Park ISD to Area Director with The Boys & Girls Club. Aside from his love education he had a special place in his heart for his family, and was especially dedicated to raising his 9 year old son, Marcelo. We are all devastated by Mario's loss and were unprepared for the high cost of a funeral service. We want to give Mario the memorial he deserves, to honor his memory and say our last goodbyes. We am currently asking for donations to help cover the cost of Mario’s funeral. We need to raise approximately $12,000.00 in order to be able to afford the funeral service. Any additional funds will be left for his son & placed into his college fund. We appreciate your generosity as we grieve the loss of the greatest person we have ever known.
