Mario Julian Benassi Memorial Fund

We have lost a son, brother, nephew, uncle, lover and friend.  Mario Julian Benassi lost his life June 26 in a river accident on the Yuba River near his home in Nevada City, California. His parents, sisters, brother and extended family live in Haines, Alaska.  They will be traveling to his home in California for a Celebration of Life with Mario's friends.  They also hope to travel to other places Mario called home, and meet with the many people who called Mario brother and friend. The money raised will go toward helping the family with their travel expenses, and bringing their son home.
