Marion's Wish: A courageous single mom's battle with cancer and her wish for her children.
We are reaching out to ask for support for Marion in the deepest time of her need. Because she has been a single mother going through rounds of chemo in Anchorage, flying from Juneau for weeks at a time, she had to reach out to OCS just to make sure her two amazing children were taken care of.
She is now dealing with a bleak prognosis and has been put on palliative care and hospice back home here in Juneau.
WE refuse to let the doctors play GOD and remain optimistic, but there are many things that need to be in place. There is just us, three friends that have come together and said “Enough is enough, WE have to do something to support our friend.”
This GoFundMe campaign is to raise funds for Marion and her two children, with the goal of providing support during these next few months and to fulfill her wish—to take her two children on an unforgettable trip to Disneyland.

How Funds Will Be Used:
Essential Expenses for Marion's Comfort - soft comfy socks, blankets for her wheelchair, delicious teas she can enjoy, yummy snacks, maybe movies, massages, if she's up to it.
The Disneyland trip for Marion and her two children.
