Funeral expenses for Marissa Cruz & Erick

It’s with a heavy heart that I even have to type these words and make another one of these for someone dear to my family and I. On January 13th around 4:30pm my sister Marissa Cruz was pronounced dead with her boyfriend and a close friend of theirs.

we are deeply hurt and saddened by her unexpected death and are asking for support to help bury our baby sister. She was 16 and didn’t even get a chance to live life fully the way she should have. Marissa loved making videos and spending time with her boyfriend and her friends. She loved animals and always had to help save any stray she came across. She was funny and always trying to find ways to make the people she loved smile.

we take solace in the fact that she will be reunited once again with her twin sister who had passed suddenly in 2018. Please lift our family up in prayers and help spread love to help with this devastating loss for our family. We have two go fund me accts to help reach friends and family in the city she lived and the city she was born in. Update: we are now raising funds to provide a dual funeral for Marissa and Erick, both of our families have decided this is the best way to honor them both. All donations will go directly to funeral and burial expenses. Any leftover funds will be to help cover the cost of both families having to take off of work and travel to the services being provided.
