Marissa & Ryan Lamparelli

Ryan, Marissa and their three children (10, 3 & 6 months) were on vacation in upstate New York when the unimaginable happened. Marissa suffered cardiac arrest due to Postpartum Cardiomyopathy. If you know Marissa, you know that she is a vivacious young woman who lives for being a Mom, she is a devoted wife, daughter and friend and is too young to be fighting for her life.  Marissa is in a medically induced coma as she heals and her medical concerns are addressed. While this terrible situation occurred in upstate New York, the family, including their children, stayed by her side for weeks, accruing lodging, meal, and medical expenses.  On 8/2 Marissa was airlifted to a large hospital closer to the families’ homes that has research and cutting edge treatments.
