Marist Catholic College North Shore Push Up Challenge
Marist Catholic College North Shore is participating in the Push For Better challenge which is to support the betterment of all Australians' mental health. Across the country, participants will be challenged to complete 3,249 push-ups (or alternative exercises) over 24 days, representing the 3,249 lives lost to suicide in Australia in 2022.
The Push for Better mission is to make a lasting impact on mental health. They motivate Australians to have discussions about mental health through fun, fitness based activities. They do this by: - Creating awareness, understanding and prevention through the sharing of knowledge - Using digital to connect individuals to their goals, bringing people and communities together and sparking conversations - Promoting lifelong healthy habits, daily exercise and encouragement and raising funds for our beneficiary partners
