Hello,

My name is Nicole (Niki) Morgan, and I am the last daughter of Mark Morgan. Less than 2 years ago, Mom (Patty Morgan), and I had the misfortune of losing my older sister, and now dad is gone so suddenly. Now our family of 4 for 35 years is down to 2.

My dad was known by just about everyone in Titusville for being not only a police officer for almost 30 years, but also as someone people could call for anything, no matter how big or small the task. My dad had a hard time ever saying no to anyone. Day or night, if you called, dad would answer. And 9 times out of 10, he never asked for anything in return, he was just happy to help.

Growing up, dad was there for every stage of my life, from Pinewood and driving school buses and volunteering hundreds of hours all the way to Astronaut, where he was an SRO for both my sister and I. He drove almost every single group to different functions, from band to soccer to various clubs. He was at every football game, every home volleyball or basketball game. He was a steady presence for the kids of the community for more than 20 years. Everyone knew Mr and Mrs Officer Morgan. They were both involved in the Titusville Police Explorers and the Titusville PAL.

After retiring, dad continued to serve, this time as a locksmith. From rekeying houses to answering calls in the middle of the night for being locked out of their cars. He knew almost every realtor in the county. No tasks was too menial, or unworthy, or time consuming. You asked, dad did it.

Now, mom and I are asking for a little of that help back, to help pay to put dad to rest with his full military honors, with his police honors. Funerals are expensive, and dad was our bread winner. And until we get his death certificate, all his assets have been frozen. So any help you can provide, anything at all, even if it’s just sharing this gofundme, would help! Thank you all so much!
