Mark (Bud) Fraser who just had a lung transplant

Hi, My name is Marlene Fraser and I am raising money for my brother in law that just had a double lung transplant.

Bud was diagnosed with Interstitial lung disease (fibrosis scaring of the lungs) in 2019 which means his lungs quit working as they should. Bud has had a long struggle while waiting to get new lungs. He eventually had to quit working and go on oxygen full time.

Bud has just had a double lung transplant on November 7, 2023 at Toronto General. He has now been moved out of the ICU on November 15 and they have him sitting up. His oxygen is down to 1 (which is good).

We are raising money to help alleviate the burden on him and Jane while he stays in Toronto for at least the next three months.
