Mark O'Neal Funeral Cost

Hi! I am Steve O'Neal, the brother of Willam M O'Neal (Mark). My brother was one that everyone loved and cared for as many of you know already as a dear friend or family member.

He was a hardworking, generous, and funny/witty man, but lived a hard life from bad lifestyle choices that he could not break. Although he was in bad health for many years, the quickness of his passing was unexpected. He did not carry any life insurance for the family, so the immediate family needs help in covering the funeral cost not covered by the Veterans Administration.  

I am helping his surviving immediate family make burial arrangements and take care of his personal affairs.
