Today my dear friend Mark Parezo passed away leaving behind his wife Fran and his son Johnny. Everyone knew Mark as an amazing guy who was always smiling and joking. Today Fran and Johnny need your help. Please donate what you can for funeral expenses and keep them in your prayers. 

Mark started riding his bike a few months ago and was riding hundreds of miles a month. He found a hobby he loved and kept setting higher goals for himself.  This morning we went a bike ride and rode 17 miles.  After our ride he wanted to get breakfast so we went to Cracker Barrel and on the way in the restaurant he passed out but he never regained consciousness. Live every day to the fullest because life is short. Words cannot express how sorry I am for his family.
