Mark Roehm Memorial Fund
On November 9th in the early hours of the morning my Father, Mark Roehm, had a massive heart attack at home. He was discovered by my younger brother Jared who quickly called the paramedics. Over the phone they coached me through performing CPR while the emts were on the way. Sadly nothing could be done and we were completely inconsolable. At the age of only 49 it came out of nowhere and he did not have any life insurance.

My father was not a religious man but I want to honor him in the best ways that I can. We have picked out a spot in the same memorial park that his father and mother are at rest. Mark had recently become engrossed in camping and made a trip to Yosemite with Jared and Justin, a family friend,in October of this year. He had also booked a campsite for May 2017 that Jared and I absolutely plan on attending. He had aspired to go to the Tokyo 2020 Olympics and we have been saving our change everyday in hopes of making the event.

My Dad worked his whole life as a mechanic. In the past he worked with Mazda, Honda's Racing Division and lastly he served his community at South Coast Auto Clinic. No matter how much he worked he was a family man first. I remember at least one occasion where he turned down a higher paying job that was farther away because he did not want to uproot our family.

Anything you can spare will go towards helping us lay our father to rest and will be greatly appreciated. I hope you have a great holiday season!
My friends and I are doing a 24 hour stream on https://www.twitch.tv/oomayumioo starting at 9 PM PST on December 10th. Come stop by and leave a message.
Much love,
Mayumi Roehm
