Mark Sims headstone memorial

I’m honoured to have Teresa and Grace’s blessing to launch a fundraiser in Mark’s memory.

The sudden and unexpected passing of Mark has shocked so many. Leaving his wife and daughter devastated but in absolute awe of the impact he had on so many people.

The funds raised will be used to purchase a headstone for Mark, ensuring that Teresa, Grace, and anyone who wishes to visit can do so. Mark was a well-known, loved, and respected figure especially in the motor trade, owning Forest Garage/MS Auto Solutions.

Instead of flowers, we kindly request donations to support this cause. Mark adored his wife, Teresa, and daughter, Grace, and would go to any lengths to help them. He was a proud man who wouldn’t hesitate to put his hand in his pocket to assist others.

Mark’s funeral will be held on May 16th at Our Lady & St Thomas Church. The service will commence at 12:00 PM, followed by a procession to the crematorium. After the cremation, the wake will be held at Ilkeston Football Club.

All Donations will be passed to Teresa and Grace so they can choose the memorial.
