Fundraiser for Mark Trudell Medical Bills

Hello, my name is Shea and I'm setting up this GoFundMe to help support my in-laws going through a rough time.

If you know the Trudell family, they are loving, giving, generous people. My Father in law was admitted to Good Samaritan Hospital on February 12th for what started as back pain and escalated into a very terrifying, gut wrenching, uneasy feeling for him and our family. After a couple days in the ICU the doctors had discovered he had a Bacterial blood infection. This infection was extremely hard for them to fight after multiple antibiotics, they found the right one. Even with the antibiotics the back pain was not subsiding. They decided to run an MRI and they quickly realized that this bacteria had attached to his spinal cord and had mutated into MRSA. On Sunday the 18th at 5pm he was rushed into emergency surgery to remove this mass off his spinal cord that had suddenly doubled in size. Mark fought for his life and thankfully the surgery was successful. They were able to remove the entire mass in one chunk. After a few more days in the hospital he was transported to a rehabilitation center to try and help him learn how to walk again. He currently is struggling with no feeling in his right leg and we are staying positive in hopes he will regain that feeling. Rehab may be a long road ahead for him and Id like to be able to help and support my in laws during this time, all funds will go directly to them to help pay medical bills.

We have a Family owned and operated Restaurant in Olde Town Arvada, Breadwinners, that is Marks pride and joy. Mark is a husband, a father to 4, and grandfather to 6 beautiful kids. He would give the shirt off his back to someone in need without hesitation. He is a helping hand, a hard working man and someone who always brings a lot of love and energy into a place. As you can imagine, there is a lot of strain and stress on the family, financially, mentally, and emotionally. Any and all helps to try and reach our goal. Thank you for reading!
