Mark Vick with Medical Bills and other expenses.

Hi, my name is Greg and I have set up this page for my friend and co-worker, Mark Vick. I hope to find support for Mark for his recent cancer diagnosis.

Mark recently had his knee replaced; he was going to physical therapy he seemed to be getting better. Shortly after, he was having trouble eating and began losing weight.

As they started investigating, it seemed he was having trouble with his stomach and a procedure would be needed to allow food to enter his stomach easier.

He had many MRIs and CAT Scans to help to determine what was going on. He has lost 50 lbs during this time.

While undergoing a procedure, Mark aspirated into his lungs. After recovering, the procedure was tried again, and it was then determined that he would need surgery.

Mark had surgery at a hospital in Evansville, IN. Doctors then determined that cancer was present in Mark’s abdomen.

The doctors completed stomach surgery and removed all the cancer they could find.

The exact type of cancer is being determined and an action plan is being put together to treat it.

As there is the possibility there may be cancer located in other areas, radiation and chemotherapy treatment will be needed.

As with all medical procedures, expenses will come up for medical bills and day-to-day expenses. With Mark and Sheri off work and on the road staying in Evansville, I wanted to put this Go Fund Me together for his friends to be able to provide support.
