Mark Nugent Mizen to Malin Cycle Challenge

On the 26th of May 2019 I will start a journey I had ambitions to do many times before. I will be cycling from Mizen to Malin, the length of the country.
As most of you are aware, on the 19th of April 2016 I suffered a spinal cord injury that left me paralysed from the chest down. I was a keen leisure cyclist and had completed many event over the years but never Mizen to Malin. So this year I will start in Cork and aim to finish in Donegal in aid of 2 amazing charities.
The money raised will be split equally between the two charities. The charities are Spinal injuries Ireland and Breast cancer Ireland . So why not join me for some of the journey as I take on the Cycle Challenge of a lifetime.
