Help Mark Rollins’ broken back and recovery

Mark fell on ice and broke his back, but didn’t know it.
Misdiagnosed as a muscle injury, his pain kept getting worse and later was surprised to find out he fractured his low back!
Now, he needs surgery asap or he’s at risk of being paralyzed from the waist down.
He’s flat on his back and needs your help.
We’re already working to get Mark care through the VA and possibly disability, but he’s still suffering, can’t work at his job as a traveling nurse, and needs to pay medical and life bills while the paperwork goes through the system.
Let’s rally our community to help Mark through this challenge and get him back on his feet (literally)!

A little more about Mark: He is an Army Veteran, a Freemason, a Shriner, and a nurse. He has a heart of gold and was naturally drawn to service and caregiving as a career: for many years he’s been a traveling nurse in Nashville and western TN. Everyone who knows Mark knows he goes out of his way to help others.
A little more about me, Janeta: I moved to Sharon, TN in December 2020 shortly after my husband passed away. When I met Mark a while later, my heart started healing. Mark’s kindness, generosity, and integrity shone like a light during a dark time of my life, and we fell in love. Now I want to be there for him as he faces this challenging injury and what will likely be a long recovery.
We live a very modest life, surrounded by our beloved animals.
We hope this is just a temporary setback due to injury and Mark can eventually regain his mobility back with the right care.
