Help Marsha Kick Cancer’s Booty

Hi, my name is Lindsey Miller and I am fundraising for my sister, Marsha Hardy.

Earlier this year Marsha saw her doctor for what she thought was just an infection. Her lymph nodes were inflamed and antibiotics were supposed to take care of it. When the inflammation didn’t go down Marsha sought a second opinion and later found out that this was more than just an infection.

Marsha has stage 2 Hodgkin’s lymphoma; the same cancer our dad had when she was born. Thankfully, lymphoma is highly curable and she has awesome healthcare providers who have come up with an aggressive treatment plan. While treatment will not be a walk in the park, we have complete faith that God will be with Marsha through this and that she will beat this disease!

Treatment is expensive though, even with insurance! On top of cancer Marsha has 2 young kiddos to care for: Owen who is 8 and Emily who is 6 months old. Marsha and her husband Brandon are in need of some financial support to help pay for chemo treatments and scans that she’ll have to have through the course of treatment and the rest of her life.

If you know Marsha well, then you know this is a pretty big ask for her. She’s the saver of the family (unlike her big sister!) and usually has everything covered, but this was something she was just not prepared for.
