Marshall Fire Fund for Wendy Bohling
Donation protected
My mom Wendy lost her rental house and was displaced.
The fire on December 30th destroyed not only all of the belongings of the young couple renting but the rental home she has owned for 10 years.
She is retired and depends on the rental income. Current Mortgages, full HOA dues, and taxes still need to be paid over the three to six years it will take to rebuild even without the income... There is no current solution to this for the members of the community...
Although this is a devastating loss, Wendy is channeling her positive attitude in organizing a community support group of the other 30 owners who also lost their homes in the wildflower owl drive community.
Recovery is a long road and it will be impossible to cover the financial burden created by this loss, but with our combined financial support we can lighten the load and help Wendy not lose her home.
Anything you can contribute will be so greatly appreciated. No amount is too small. I thank you in advance for wrapping your arms around Wendy and donating to this fund.
