Martha Dillard Funeral Fund & Expenses

As many of you know, my mom, Martha Dillard, passed on Saturday, July 23rd, 2022. She was 60 years. Martha has been dealing with many health problems since 2002, but she recently needed a kidney and liver transplant. We found out early last week that she was not a candidate for either, as the veins in her body were calcified. They told us she wouldn't make it alive in the surgery. This left us only with the option to stop her pain and let her body run its course. She wanted this and was eager to leave and meet the Lord.

Her insurance was very good and will pay for her funeral; however, it will not be paid out immediately as expected. The funeral will proceed, and some upfront costs are associated with the funeral, including travel expenses for my sister and two kids to travel to Texas for the service.

I don't like asking for any money, especially in a saddened economic time, but if you want to show your support, any amount helps, even if it's $5 bucks.

Many people would love to come to the funeral; however, because of travel expenses and the very rural location of this funeral, many can't make it.
