Hi! My sister Martha Liliana Uribe is 33 years old and needs your help to raise money for her heart transplant. She was diagnosed 9 years ago with Cardiomyopathy and has been on heart medication ever since. In 2012 her cardiologist installed a pacemaker/defibrillator
to help her heart function.  Unfortunately, the medications and pacemaker were not enough. She was advised at the beginning of December that she needs a heart transplant because her right side of her heart is not properly functioning and her heart is not pumping enough blood.
 
 My sister is an Elementary teacher in Miami-Dade Public School System and has lived all her life in Miami. She is a fighter and is an inspiration to all her family and friends.  She is currently at Jackson Hospital in the process of running tests to find the best match for her petite size (4'11 but she's a fiesty one!). 

Please help us raise money for my sister's heart transplant medical bills!!
