Martin Beirne and Family

As many of you know, Martin was in a serious car accident in August of 2021. He was rear-ended by an underinsured driver. The accident caused severe injuries to his knees and 10 herniated discs in his back. To date, he has undergone a total knee replacement and will require additional surgeries in the future. He is currently in rehab for his back and knees. However, the progress of the physical therapy is slow going and will continue to require extensive work.

He has not been able to work since the accident. And due to his inability to work for an extended amount of time, Martin's medical insurance was discontinued, and medical expenses are mounting. He and his family could really use some help!

Martin has been a long-time member of Local 3 IBEW, and the Ancient Order of Hibernians. He previously worked at MABSTOA, was a former Den leader with the Cub Scouts, and served on the Beef Steak Night Committee and parish council at St. Margaret's of Cortona. Martin's dad, Mr. Francis Beirne, was the former Chairman of the St Patrick's Day Parade and a community leader for decades. Martin is married to Barbara and they have (3) children: Liam, Kathleen and Aidan.
