Martin Lammers Awards

Martin dedicated his life to Fort Bridger and to State Parks. He helped train and educate two decades of great archeologists. The Fort Bridger Historical Association has decided to commemorate Martin Lammers' life and the lives of

volunteers at Fort Bridger and throughout the Wyoming State Parks system by erecting a memorial to him and to other volunteers who give so much to the state of

Wyoming‘s State Parks and Culture Resources.

The sculptor David Clark designed the bust and monument to honor and recognize Martin Lammers. David Clark also designed and sculpted the Jim Bridger Statute at the entry of Fort Bridger.
