Martin Mcgrew / Mcgrew Family's ALS Fundraiser
Donation protected
Martin McGrew, our friend and brother in Christ, has recently been diagnosed with ALS (Lou Gehrig’s disease). This is a debilitating disease which currently has no cure. Martin is married (Valerie) and has four children (Alec, Elijah, Lemuel and Caroline). He is a former Marine and works in the construction industry. Most importantly, Martin is a believer in Jesus Christ and represents an outstanding example of a Christ follower, inspiring his family, friends, coworkers and fellow members of Metrocrest Community Church.
Moving forward, much of the family’s finances, time and energy will be spent with therapy and doctor appointments. Martin must prepare for the probability of full disability. His desire is to slow the progress of the disease so he can extend his life and see his children graduate. Time is of the essence!
We are asking for a few things:
· Prayer: We are boldly asking God for the restoration of Martin’s health.
· Donations: Your generous gifts will go directly to the McGrew family and will be used for any treatments not covered by his VA benefits, as well as day-to-day living expenses.
· Sharing: We are asking that you share this campaign on social media so that others may hear about the family.
· Encouragement: Offer an encouraging word of support to Martin, Valerie and their family. Let them know they are not alone on this journey.
Please consider taking action on one or more of the steps above. All are equally appreciated and gratefully received.
