Martin Cortez Memorial Fund

This my dad Martin Fernando Cortez he was born June 21, 1958. He was a beloved husband, father and grandfather that will be missed. My dad passed away on Saturday August 20, 2016 from a traumatic aortic rupture. It was an unexpected lost that our family was not ready for. My father was a great man, he was the type of man that would help everyone that crossed his path and not think twice. This loss is something we would have never imagined.
