Martin's Residency Applications

Hi everyone!
As many of you know my medical school career has been long and is coming to an end soon. I graduate in May of 2024 and now comes a super important next step, applying for Residency! This is where I will spend the next 3/4 years of my life becoming the Doctor I always knew I wanted to be.
I will be applying for a position in two different specialties, Family Medicine and Psychiatry. I am very passionate about both of these specialties and feel that I should apply for both to be true to the kind of Physician I am meant to be.
That being said, the application process is long and unfortunately quite expensive. I don't want to bore anyone with the details but I have posted the cost breakdown below just so you can see exactly what you would be helping me with.
I appreciate any amount of help given and do not expect any hands out. I am only looking for some loose change you might have to help a poor medical student.
Program application costs:
Step 2 examination $995 - 2nd Board exam to complete Medical School.
ERAS Token $165 - Cost to FILL OUT the application - not submit them.
100 Family Medicine programs [$99.00 + (10x$19) + ($10x$23) + (70x$27.00) = $2409
50 Psychiatry programs [$99.00 + (10x$19) + (10x$23) + (70x$27.00) = $1099
This cost is per each individual application submitted.
Application for Pathways for ECFMG Certification for 2024 Match - $925. Applying for US recognition requirements of my degree.
Application for ECFMG Certification -$160. Certifying that the United States will recognize my degree as I go to an International Medical school.
