Martone Family Support Fund

As you all are aware, it is with overwhelming grief that we disclose that our beloved Amy has been diagnosed with a terminal brain disease, Creutzfeldt-Jakob Disease, a rare, degenerative, fatal, brain disorder. The Martone family wants to extend our heartfelt thanks and appreciation for the outpouring offers of support.  This GoFundMe will provide an easy way for those that wish to contribute to help with expenses that arise from Amy's medical needs both now and in the near future.
