In Loving Memory of Marty Bautista

On November 27, 2023, our friend and colleague, Marty Bautista, tragically passed away from sudden heart failure. He was only 61 years old. To say we are all heartbroken is an understatement. Marty's larger-than-life personality and love for all things real estate made him a fixture and icon at his Coldwell Banker Greenbrae office, as well as the many other organizations in which he was involved. Marty leaves behind his precious son, Tony, age 8. Tony has been Marty's right-hand little man since pretty much the day he was born, joining him often at the office and out touring Open Houses. It was such a beautiful bond to see between father and son. In honor of Marty, we are coming together to raise funds to help support Tony in any immediate or future needs. Marty's sister and Tony’s aunt, Valerie Hanson, will be the custodian of any funds raised here to support Tony. This little guy will have a long road ahead without his dad and best friend. Let's do what we can to honor Marty and support Tony at this terribly sad time.
