Help save Marty - Severely Attacked by loose dog

Marty and I were attacked by a neighbor's loose Pit Bull on the evening of Tuesday, February 6th. This was a major attack. I was bitten from head to toe but luckily I have no puncture wounds* (edit below)

Martin was not as fortunate and His head and neck were shredded. Following the attack his skull was visible. The initial vet bill would have been $1,250, But since I could not afford that, The emergency veterinary clinic refused to treat him beyond cleaning up his wounds and using temporary glue, as I could not afford their costs. When they advised me of the cost, I told them I didn't have it on hand but would try to get it. They would not accept that and they released him without even dressing the wounds. They were so rough with him, and even put his collar back on over the wounds, reopening them and leaving us both with his blood on us. I have yet to change out of my bloody clothes or even wash my own wounds. I just want my boy to be better. I was advised that I am in shock which I figured out for myself. I also have to go to the emergency room for tetanus and Rabies shots, and x-rays for a possible hand fracture. Martin needs minor surgery, including sutures and installation of a drain. I know times are tough financially for everyone. To anyone who can help me help my boy, thank you from my heart and soul. I truly believe that my higher power will protect us. I apologize if this is jumbled, I am still in shock. Please help me save Martin. He is everything I have in the world. Thank you, thank you, thank you ❤️‍

*EDIT 2/7 - I discovered eight minor puncture wounds on myself as they became inflamed- four on my left bicep, which was protected by a fleece lined coat, and four on my right hand, which I believed were just scratches. Shock dulls the sensation of pain and massively reduces blood flow, which is how these were missed. I have to remove my hair extensions as I was bit on the head numerous times and am now feeling similar discomfort on my scalp. All should hopefully be treatable at home, and I will wear the scars as a testament to my beautiful dog.
