In loving memory of Martyn Parr
Donation protected
On September 18, 2024, we tragically lost Martyn Parr, a beloved Husband, Dad, Son, Papa and Friend. His sudden passing in a car accident has left a deep void in the hearts of those who knew him.
Martyn was not just a family man; he was a pillar of the Ballina community. Whether on the hockey field, in the church, at work, or helping friends and neighbours, he dedicated himself to lifting others up and making a positive impact wherever he went. His unwavering faith, infectious smile, thoughtfulness, and generosity will be sorely missed.
There’s so much to say and love about Martyn— his deep love for Jesus, his family, his cheeky, fun-loving nature, and his passion for sport, which had him selected to play masters hockey for Australia later this year. He embodied kindness and was always willing to lend a hand. Each of us saw different facets of his character, but the common thread was his commitment to helping others.
As Martyn's family navigates this devastating time, we want to come together to ease the financial burden they now face. Your contributions will help cover immediate expenses and provide support for his wife, Ali, and their children as they begin to heal and rebuild their lives without him.
