Saying our goodbyes to Martyn west

Hi, my name is Tiarn and im fundraising on behalf of the west family.

On the 6th of November 2024 Marty had chest pains and ended up being taken to hospital by ambulance, he spent weeks at the PA hospital and was told he needed a open heart surgery with a triple bypass. The sugery went well and he was taken to the icu for recovery. There was a 1% chance of a stroke as a complication and unfortunately Marty had a major one. On the 22/11/2024 they decided to turn the ventilator off and assess his condition. The stroke had left Martyn unable to swallow and lost the use of the right side of his body. There was nothing they could do and he passed peacefully the following day. This has left the west family absolutely devastated as it was so unexpected. We would love to give martyn the send off he deserves if you could donate even a small amount that would be beyond appreciated.
