Hi my name is Ben berkland.

I recently rescued a dog that was abandoned at a house after being run over by a van 3 weeks prior. I was told she went under the van and it crushed her back leg. The leg completely shattered and is just dangling on her body. The vet said they would need to amputate it and no shelters around will help out with costs associated to her medical bills. I cannot afford to pay for this surgery so I’m starting this fundraiser for help. The surgery will cost approximately $3000 with the after care being $1000. The money will ONLY be used for her surgery and recovery costs any extra for this fundraiser will be donated to a charity for other animals in need. I can keep her and find her a home but the cost of the surgery is a hinderance to people. She is an awesome dog so sweet and house trained. I fear if I don’t get her this surgery she will have to get put down and my goal is to re-home and give her the best chance of a great life.
