Marvin Evans, father, brother, uncle, and friend, passed away peacefully last night surrounded by the people that loved him most. We played his favorite songs, held his hand, and made sure that he felt the love that all of you had shared. Walking away from him for the last time was the hardest thing I've ever done.

At his request, we won't be holding a funeral, but instead will be traveling after cremation to Georgia one last time to lay him to rest beside his mom, dad, sister, brother in law and nephew.

Thank you to all of you that have supported me and my sister through the tears, anger, frustration, missed work and brain fog that came along with this last difficult year. We are devastated and exhausted, but also thankful that he is at peace.
