Mary Alice Klenk

Mary Alice Klenk was a vibrant, healthy young 22 year old,  looking forward to graduating this fall from UF’s School of Engineering, until she was struck with a horrible virus earlier this year.  The virus impacted her heart,  creating severe heart issues and ending in heart failure.  All of the treatments have been unsuccessful.  Now Mary Alice is facing a heart transplant.  

Many of you know the Klenk family through Rita Klenk, who is the principal of Epiphany Catholic School.  Rita has touched so many families as a teacher as well as a leader.  Rita is an example of faith in action and is always giving  of herself to help our children.  Now is our chance to help Rita and her child.  The road to recovery for Mary Alice is long and uncertain.  In addition to our prayers,  the Klenk family needs our financial support to help with hospital costs as well as other costs as they try to provide for Mary Alice.  If you can help in any way,  it would be appreciated.  Prayers are welcomed and needed for Mary Alice and the family.  If you have any questions or other ideas as to how to help,  please contact me.  May God bless you all.
