On behalf of Mary and her immediate family, we have set up this campaign fund.
Mary was diagnosed with stage 4 pancreatic cancer in March 2017. While we remain hopeful that she could live longer, the doctors have indicated that Mary has about 6 months to a year to live. She has a 28 year old daughter, Sarah, with special needs that require 24/7 care. Her husband, Bobby, has been dealing with his own battle with cancer, and is thankfully in remission.
Due to ongoing medical issues and the special care needs of their daughter, Mary and Bobby are unable to consistently work and financially support their family.
Mary and Bobby have been through several challenges in their lifetime. No matter what, they have dedicated their lives to loving and caring for their children; remaining strong and positive throughout their struggles.
Treatment:
Due to severe pain, Mary has been in the hospital twice since her diagnoses last month.
The hospital bills are becoming very expensive.
Most of Mary's pain is emanating from the tumors that are near her spine. The doctors are trying to shrink the tumors and reduce her pain level. This is to help her live out her time as pain free as possible. Mary is currently getting pain management, radiation and chemo to help reduce those tumors.
Funds:
The funds that you donate will go toward her medical bills and her family's personal care/living expenses.
They need these funds as soon as possible.
Their Main Concern:
How they would be able to take care of Sarah during Mary's treatment and after Mary passes away. Bobby’s current health makes it extremely difficult to take care of Sarah on his own without assistance.
Since Mary is in too much pain to care or assistance in Sarah's needs, they will need to have funds to hire caregivers for Sarah, as well as herself.
Mary is a fierce force of selflessness, strength and love. She is fighter, and we want to help her through this battle.
